Random Ramble: September 19, 2014

Say what you want but Scotland is not yet ready for independence and I doubt Alex Salmond aka Scotland's first prime minister would go to the British Parliament and shove off Prime Minister David Cameron's behind. Besides, arguments based upon historical evidence rather than reformed proposal is not enough to gain independence.
With that said, I'll give you reasons why they voted "No" over "Yes" by a 10-percent margin:
- Not all residents in Scotland are born in Scotland. In fact, there are foreigners who live in that place, not just English and Welsh.
- People claim they're afraid to become poor again once Scotland would be separated from the United Kingdom.
- Countries like the United States and Norway has supported the Better Together campaign.
- Scotland might lose the British currency and might adopt either Euro or its own currency.
- The ongoing nuclear arsenal discussion.
