Last March 8, Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 went missing and it has said to be drown on Indian Ocean. 227 passengers and 17 crew members were inside that plane and it remained unsolved as of today. Fast forward four months, a surface-to-air missile shot down MH17 at 33,000 feet despite flying below 30,000 is not permited. Aboard that said airplane are 283 passengers and 15 crew members, worse than the previous incident and Yak-Service Flight 9633 that has 37 passengers and 8 crew members (most members of the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl ice hockey team are killed). Who’s to blame, the Ukranian military, the Russians or the separatists?

Some says they call this “an act of terrorism” while others indicate an accident. Either way, we hope that tragedy will be resolved as soon as possible.

Jeremy Lin and Lebron James have returned to their respective original teams. Not a surprise considering not airing "The Decision Part 2" by ESPN would make me happy. Honestly, Lebron needs to adjust his attitude more than his playstyle to win more championships than he was supposed to do when he was in Miami 4 years ago. Lebron's not the only player who opted out to become free agent. In fact, both Anthony Melo and Chris Bosh ended their terms with New York and Miami.
Now that he's coming back home, will people of Akron and the rest of Ohio natives forgive "The Chosen One"? Mostly no but I can assure you that Lebron will win their trust as soon as Cleveland Cavaliers will win at least one Championship trophy with Lebron's third ring.

I’ve seen the news regarding WWE superstar Emma aka Tenille Dashwood as the company recently releases her following her controversial arrest hours before Monday Night Raw in Hartford for accidentally stealing an iPod case and the worst punchline? She has to do one-day community service and complete an online course. Honestly, that is awkward and messed up. I doubt she did that on purpose, at least, according to her lawyer.

I don’t understand why low-profile performers gets a bad treatment while main eventers always get away from it. What I mean is that why wrestlers like RVD, Jack Swagger, Cameron (yes, that Funkadactyl person from Total Divas) and Scott Hall are always getting back on their feet despite punishment while people like Kenneth Cameron (former Ascension member) and Tiffany are to blame. I’ll tell you why: they’re famous while others are not. That’s right, people. They know their wrongdoings yet they manage to “bribe” the authorities just to get back to work. No disrespect to others but please justify.

Lesson learned, kids. Stealing items is bad but possessing marijuana and drinking while driving are okay.

Set aside the Singaporean blog that degrades Filipino community, there’s a fish to fry. I’m talking to you, Phil Fish. Just because you create Fez doesn’t mean you owe it all by yourself. Who do you think you are, homophobic lobbyist?

When I watched “Indie Game: The Movie” few months ago, I feel sympathy for your non-stop effort to launch your game just the way you wanted it. As a result, many people buy Fez and play that game because of you and now what happened afterwards? You went on a Twitter rampage against critics and the innocents you called them “hypocrites”, crying like a baby for what? Not responding in regards to the indie developers stance for creating their games for the Xbox One before Microsoft reversed most of its policies? Sorry to inform you but locking your Twitter account didn’t mean you would hide your dirty scheme from the public.

Yesterday was the most frustrating event for gamers, reviewers and even developers like you when you showed up, being interviewed by GameSpot stating that YouTubers should owe you a large portion of the ad revenue. You believe that recording gameplays of your Fez is equivalent to illegal streaming or purchasing a video that turns into piracy. First of all, YouTubers do not owe you money or even generate their profit from their gameplay. It’s the ad revenue that generate money. Second, you have no right to piss them off by stealing their revenue for your selfish “side-project” and yourself.

I’m glad you’ve deleted your account and we don’t care about you anymore. Unless you change yourself for the better good, we won’t absolutely stop you for being the worst person on Earth.

The 2014 World Cup has already been started and things are getting exciting except probably Spain. If you’re asking for NBA Finals, I’m still rooting for San Antonio Spurs. That’s all for today and Happy Fathers Day.

I have yet to see the new Godzilla film; so, no need to whisper me some spoilers. I can understand Expendables 3 will be rated PG-13 but I digress.

As of now, the 2014 American reboot almost gets the same RT rating as Pacific Rim, despite having mixed reactions from critics and moviegoers. Is it because he/she’s fat or Bryan Cranston getting few screen time? Either way, it’s a direct insult to the disastrous 1998 flick.

Godzilla: Final Wars was the last Godzilla movie under Toho banner. Two years later, Kadokawa Pictures gave Gamera The Brave a proper send-off. The following year, South Korea hasn’t learned a lesson from Yonggary thanks to D-War. Finally, Guillermo del Toro gave us a miracle by Pacific Rim after a five-year absence.

What are good things about the Legendary version of Godzilla? The fight scenes are okay, the CGI effects are beautiful and as usual, Godzilla is still as terrifying as the previous incarnations. Also, Bryan Cranston delivers a stunning performance despite only appears one-third of a movie. The bad sides? MUTO sucks. It’s like a mix between Orga and that Cloverfield monster. Both Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elisabeth Olsen don’t impress me (saving for the next Avengers movie). And least of all, more human interaction than monster fighting.

Overall, it’s a great film on its own but not recommended to all Kaiju fans, at least, for a while. Like me, you can wait for its DVD/Blu-Ray release with extra features and behind the scenes.

Zombies are now popular thanks to The Walking Dead, George Romero, Warm Bodies and Resident Evil. However, there’s one subgenre that adds more terror: Nazi zombies. I know what you’re thinking: oh look, another zombie games/movies that has Nazis in it. Zombies may look terrifying but adding Nazis to the mix equals chaos.

Although Nazi zombies are 2nd-level subgenres, for me, they’re genres of their own. Let’s take a brief overview of Nazi zombies, shall we?

Shock Waves is the first film that started it all in 1977. Wolfenstein 3D is the first video game that ignites the franchise in video game history. Hellsing delivers the anime goodness while Marvel Zombies literally suck the minds of viewers. Outpost brings the Nazi zombies into a franchise with three movies. Dead Snow nails it with blood, gore and dark comedy. South Park: The Stick of Truth badmouths critics with utter humor, excellent gameplay and nice-written storyline at its finest. However, Call of Duty: World at War stole that idea.

If there’s anything that lacks the overall taste, it’s the Fuhrer himself. Seriously, why not add him without taking the genre seriously?

Happy Mother's Day everyone!

I saw Eurovision Song Contest 2014 and it was weird for two reasons: ladders and beard. I don't mind the China joke (as far as I know, perhaps Copenhagen couldn't make Russsia-Ukraine joke). The reason I watched that is not because of their songs or their performance but for the votes. Whenever presenters from other countries give 8-12 points to others, their reaction was priceless. However, there's something I didn't understand: why Europe hated France? I can understand they booed Russia but why the French contestants? Was it because of the soup?

It seems that 2014 is the year of the beards. Look at it! Daniel Bryan wins the WWE WHC belt. Eric Young captures the TNA World Heavyweight Championship belt. The Wyatts are here and so are the Duck Dynasty and 300: Rise of an Empire. Now, we have Conchita Wurst, the first transvestite winner since Dana International from 1998. Perhaps Austria loves beards after all and I wish Arnold Schwartzenegger would come to Copenhagen.

There are few movies that I look forward to: Jem and the Holograms, Warcraft, The Avengers: Age of Ultron, X-Men: Days of Future Past, The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (formerly There and Back Again) and of course, Mrs. Doubtfire 2. But let's aside them for one particular thing: The Expendables 4.

I know this isn't out yet, let alone the third movie this year. Why am I bringing this subject? Hulk Hogan, that's why. Whether the rumor is true or not, the Hulkster will appear in the next and hopefully final Expendables movie, alongside old and new actions stars led by Sly (please cast Michael Biehn, Daniel Bernhardt, Dennis Rodman, Daniel Henney and Danny Trejo)

As much as I admire him, I have some doubts aside from questionable in-and-out wrestling career. Please be honest. When was the last time we see Hogan on the big screen? Not counting Saints Row: The Third, Little Hercules in 3-D and Gnomeo and Juliet, he lastly appeared in The Ultimate Weapon but that was almost 16 years ago on home video and limited theaters in Hungary and Japan. If I give one reason for hiring him, then Stallone is the answer. In case you've missed out, Rocky Balboa star has inducted Hulk Hogan in to the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2005. I bet he gave him the same favor as what The Undertaker did to Brock Lesnar during their UFC 121 post-match encounter, except for his undefeated streak part.

I saw the news regarding Extreme Rising and I’m glad I never bought that ticket, not because my place is miles away from Philadelphia. Before I rant about that company, I need to set things clear first.

I never hate ECW. It’s the best company that deliver hardcore wrestling and lucha libre at its finest. Fuck WCW, ECW was and is still the true definition of extreme. That’s because the company can handle events with or without the financial help of WWE (World Wrestling Federation at that time). After both WCW and ECW went bankrupt in 2001 and acquired by WWE the same year, there were several reunions and specials like Hardcore Homecoming and the first One Night Stand.

Nowadays, nobody has talked about hardcore wrestling anymore and for them, it’s ceased to exist but for me, there’s still out there in the indies (CZW to be exact or BJPW for Japanese wrestling enthusiasts) and with Extreme Rising cancelling all future events and pulling the plug on social media sites, looks like Luke Hawx is doing the right thing, especially going to Hardcore Road Trip.

I know what you’re asking: how does that company exist to begin with? Well, it all started when Shane Douglas aka The Franchise announced a “true” Hardcore reunion show called Extreme Reunion, showcasing both ECW veterans and current generation of wrestlers. Not counting the passing out of Sabu, the results was a disappointment. It felt like another hardcore wrestling reunion all over again. When will it die? When will they get refunds? Regardless of that outcome, the company was born with Cody Michaels, Kevin Kleinrock and the O’Neill brothers (with Steve currently controls the company).

After controversy after controversy, the company has decided to cancel all future events and urge fans to get refunds. That make sense, right? I hope it stays dead and good luck for Luke.

Welcome to the first day of Holy Week, Maundy Thursday. If you’re playing League of Legends, then you already saw the latest “champion teaser” lately. His name is Braum, a tank support who has a poro friend. From what I’ve gathered, his appearance resembles Armstrong from FMA and apparently, he’s Draven’s rival. I hope he aligns with Ashe and other Frejlord champions.

On the other hand, the Internet connection is quite unstable as of now.

Manny Pacquiao is once again getting on the top of the foodchain as he regains his WBO welterweight title from once-undefeated Timothy Bradley. Whether he faces his critics (religious or not) or busy with his politician life, he never forgets that he is one of the greatest fighters in the world. However, there’s still one question: will he ever face the another undefeated warrior by the name of Floyd Mayweather, Jr.? Only time will tell.

Top 5 Reasons Why We’ll See Pacquiao-Mayweather Encounter

1. From day one, people were asked who’s the best fighter and the answer lies inside the squared ring.

2. The money! Let’s face it: anyone who’s in charge of that said event will gain more revenue, not just boxers, coaches, PPV company like HBO and those who gamble for the win.

3. In any event that will happen, Manny will definitely taste Floyd’s first defeat.

4. Trending on Twitter, Facebook and other social networking sites. I’m pretty sure these will get more traffic in a good way.

5. To prove that Manny isn’t using performance-enhancing drugs Floyd Sr. mentioned before.

Top 5 Reasons Why We Won’t See Pacquiao-Mayweather Encounter

1. Manny Pacquiao’s getting old and is on the verge of retirement. If you search that term on Google, many people persuaded him to retire even by his Mommy Dionisia.

2. He’s a politician from Saranggani Province. What’s the point in winning event after event when he has his hands full on politics.

3. There are new breed of boxing professionals who will end Mayweather’s undefeated record like Nonito Donaire.

4. He gains more revenue outside boxing like product endorsements. Like most sports professionals, Manny has a lot of endorsers after he gain victories at the hearts of people outside his country.

5. As of now, Floyd hasn’t accept the controversial offer from Bob Arum. Like the old saying, what he wants is what he gets.

Regardless of many reasons, we shall see if the fight between them will happen.

My laptop has been through desert for the past few days due to “Heartbleed” before getting back to normal. Heartbleed is a security bug that affects websites that use OpenSSL for encryption. Even though the PUP.Multi.Toolbar.A causes it to act slowly, websites like PayPal, Tumblr and even social networking sites were under “attack”, thus I received messages from them, prompting for password changes. Whatever you do, do not panic and change your password right away even if you ignore them.

U.R.F. (Ultra Rapid Fire)

I’ve played League of Legends for the past few years and nothing is more quite astonishing than this limited game mode. It is like “no cooldown” option of the original DOTA game with little differences thanks to “Awesome Buff of Awesomely Awesome Buffing”. As much as being fun, if you’re a laptop user, this April Fools Day extravaganza mode will literally kill you and your precious portable machine due to questionable lagging.

Even though champions will get 80% cooldown reduction, innate skills like Cell Division and Blood Well remain static plus due to game balance changes, with the exception of vs AI, some champions were removed due to being overpowered. Due to this, the summoner spell Revive has been removed due to excess number of deaths within the first few hours.

Needless to say, there are champions who are still overpowered by the U.R.F. and I can name them: Karthus, Teemo, Blitzcrank, Lux, Jinx, Fiddlesticks and Karma. On the other hand, do NOT pick champions with abilities that cost health like Zac, Aatrox and Mordekaiser unless you need Spirit Visage and Warmog’s Armor.

As for the items, Zhonya’s Hourglass, Guardian Angel, Thornmail, Banshee’s Veil, BIlgewater Cutlass/Blade of the Ruined King, Mercurial Scimitar and Deathfire Grasp are the only saving grace to save your bottom from worst case scenarios.

Whether the rumors are true or not, I have a terrible news. James Brian Hellwig aka the Ultimate Warrior has passed away. The former WWE Champion and Intercontinental Champion was only 54 years old at the time of his passing.
The last time we checked, he was on Monday Night Raw few days ago talking about his achievements and his usual thing. Remember, his appearance was his first time since he left the company 17 years ago before he went on to WCW. Not to mention, this isn’t the first time we heard the news of his death. Back in 2008, there are rumors of his death while on his last wrestling match against Orlando Jordan and passed out.
This year, apparently, Triple H first broke the news on his Twitter account saying that he was “saddened to announce the passing of the Ultimate Warrior. Icon and friend. My sympathy to his wife Dana and his daughters”. Soon after, everybody including yours truly and several WWE personnel express our condolences to his family and friends.
Ultimate Warrior, you really are the best. I have never seen so devastated since Randy Savage’s death back in 2011. I hope we’ll see you again in the next Warrior life.

Never mind the fact that AJ Lee retains the title. Never mind the fact that The Shield remains strong as a face team. Never mind the fact that Bray Wyatt loses his first PPV match against Cena and never mind the fact that Daniel Bryan wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Finally, I am glad that Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper, Paul Orndorff and Mr. T meet again after 29 years since the first Wrestlemania. Right now, I am focusing on the Phenom, the Undertaker.
As you’ve witnessed at Wrestlemania 30 in New Orleans, The Deadman is defeated at the hands of Brock Lesnar, thus losing his immortality streak to 21-1. Many fans are upset and begin to leave the building. However, there are people that are happy with the setup, teasing for his retirement on Raw tomorrow. Of all the Superstars trying to end his streak, why Lesnar? I’m pretty sure Paul Heyman is celebrating right now but why WWE has chosen the Beast Incarnate to cement The Undertaker’s Legacy once and for all?
Before we proceed to the answer, I’ll give you a list of WWE Superstars who has potential to end the Streak:
1. Cesaro – We saw it coming. After he ditches both Jack Swagger and Zeb Coulter, he proceeds to win the Andre the Giant memorial trophy, signifying his push to a new face level. Yes, he has a potential of becoming the next WWE World Heavyweight Champion but he’s not quite charismatic back then.
2. The Miz – Call him cocky all you want but the former WWE Champion has charisma and best known for his victory against Cena at WM 27 thanks to The Rock. As of now, he’s going nowhere. Where’s his main event spot?
3. Rob Van Dam – I know he’s not a big guy kind of person but face it: he is a champion material being a former ECW champion. Because of this, he might lose to Taker.
4. Chris Jericho – If WWE wants an older Superstar, then the first Undisputed champion is the answer. He has a charisma, a championship idealism and above all, he’s been in the odds all these years. I know he’s taking a break but hell, he’ll return in the future.
With all the ramblings on who’s going to end the Undertaker’s streak, there are legitimate reasons why Brock has to end it and at the same time, we don’t like Lesnar to finish it. First of all, it has no buildup and decent storyline. The Undertaker is there because it’s the Wrestlemania season and WWE needs someone to fill up the hype. The last time I checked, Lesnar lost a match against Triple H last year while CM Punk failed to impress Paul Heyman. As far as physicality goes, Brock is healthy enough to fight him despite his age although he’s younger than him. For the record, the formerly Next Big Thing still gets it even though he sucks at microphone (that’s why Paul Heyman is needed)
Are you happy with WWE’s decision?

According to IGN.com, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes gets an 8/10 for its open world potential, aggressive stealth capability and a variety of gadgets to avoid being detected by enemies. However, some people believe that Konami shouldn’t have been released this year due to number of hours to beat, even shorter than Teyon’s Rambo: The Video Game.
Allow me to set things clear: Hideo Kojima stated earlier that the reason MGS5 is divided into two parts (Grounds Zeroes and Phantom Pain), stating to be released this year and 2015 respectively, is because players will enjoy early access to the second part which is Phantom Pain.
If there are few problems regarding Kojima’s strategy, then I can give at least two: will players get free Phantom Pain game as part of pre-order or just a separate payment for both Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain?

Note: This will be my alternate solution to Tumblr for a while.

Attention: Battlefield Play4Free users! Some of you have played on PTE prior to the recent update and noticed several changes involving the addition of Basra Rush. I know you’re all upset but I have something to say: deal with it.

Like most of you, I got killed by a barrage of C4s especially when arming MCOM stations and I’m glad EAzy Studios nerfed it by not using ammo crates for instant replenish, making C4-jihading irrelevant. If you have problems against enemy vehicles and are running out of C4s, just toss few grenades and call it a day or better: play on Basra or Sharqi Assault Map.

If you got killed by Dead Man’s Trigger, worry no more. You can now counter it if you have “Toss Grenade” specialization and even better when you have “Grenade Awareness” thanks to 3-second delay instead of 1.5.

That’s it for today’s ramble and if you’ll excuse me, I’ll donate my Twinkies to Egon Spengler.
