This movie is not bad yet disgusting. Again, I neither watch the original nor the remake.
The cinematography looks confusing, the costumes are colorful, you will see blood and gore with added effects, but the story is dull and has bad taste although it has twisted climax. However, it’s fun to watch especially hot girl-to-girl kissing scenes.
I’m surprised that Edward Furlong plays a drug dealer who always panic for not getting out of the house because his boss would blow his brain off. On the other side, I’m glad to see Shannon Elizabeth in the horror scenario. How about the rest? Nothing but screaming, kissing and beat the shit out of them. But there’s one thing that bothers me: how did the cops know the location of the abandoned mansion?
At least the good prevails over evil, not the other way around. I would prefer renting this than buying.
